We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Assistant Property Manager to support the daily operations of residential, commercial, or mixed-use properties. The ideal candidate will assist with tenant relations, lease administration, maintenance coordination, vendor communication, and general property operations while helping ensure a positive tenant experience and efficient property management processes.Key Responsibilities:Support day-to-day property operations, including tenant communication, service request follow-up, and vendor coordination.Assist with lease administration, renewals, move-ins, move-outs, and property documentation.Help coordinate maintenance requests, inspections, and preventive property upkeep.Track rent payments, support collections processes, and maintain accurate tenant and property records.Prepare reports related to occupancy, tenant issues, and property operations.Assist with budgeting support, invoice processing, and general administrative tasks.Help ensure compliance with company policies, lease terms, and applicable property regulations.
