In this role, you will develop territory plans, build long-term customer relationships, and promote septic, drain cleaning, and plumbing services. You’ll conduct onsite visits, assess wastewater and environmental service needs, prepare proposals, and coordinate with operations to ensure safe, timely work. You will track performance metrics, manage renewals, and resolve escalated service issues while championing FloHawks’ safety-first, customer-focused culture and environmental stewardship.
