UnloaderThis position is responsible for soybean processing operations at the Delphos, OH facility, such as shipping, receiving, drying, and storage of beans. The Unloader position works directly with truck drivers bringing beans into the plant and is responsible for operating the scale, checking in loads, and communicating with operators and management regarding status at the bean dump.Position Details:Monday-Friday, 3p-11pHourly Pay Rate: $25.52Bunge offers a variety of benefits including health and wellness plans, retirement contribution and paid vacation/holidays.What You'll Be Doing:Operate the soybean dump scale houseEffectively communicate with truck drivers delivering beansInput data into the computer system regarding loadsMonitor the unloading of trucksCommunicate with operators and plant management regarding traffic at the bean dumpMonitor computers and make process adjustments as necessaryProcess paperwork per department proceduresCommunicate process and equipment deficiencies with other operators, maintenance personnel, and supervisorsPerform cleaning within the department as directedWork safety and assist coworkers as neededPerform other duties as assignedMinimum Qualifications:Ability to follow policies and proceduresBasic computer and mechanical skillsGood communication skillsAbility to work in a team environmentWilling to work overtime and flexible hoursGood attendancePreferred Qualifications:Previous experience in an industrial environmentAt Bunge, our purpose is to connect farmers to consumers to deliver essential food, feed and fuel to the world.
