Berean Christian School is seeking a full-time Secondary Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of the secondary school.

Candidates must have a passion for serving God through Christian education. A personal relationship with Jesus Christ and a commitment to viewing this position as a ministry are essential. Job Summary

The Secondary Administrative Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to the Secondary Principal, Dean of Students, faculty, and staff. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills to ensure efficient daily operations.

Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Secondary Principal, Dean of Students, and faculty.
• Manage phone calls, emails, calendars, meetings, and schoolwide communications.
• Serve as a point of contact for student and parent inquiries, directing concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Maintain confidential records and assist with documentation, reports, and correspondence.
• Coordinate school events, field trips, testing schedules, and calendar requests.
• Assist with substitute teacher scheduling, attendance records, and payroll documentation.
• Support student locker assignments and maintain accurate records.
• Assist with school emergency procedures and crisis response coordination.
• Perform other duties as assigned by school administration.
