Travel Navigator Co. is looking for an organized, personable individual to join our team as a Virtual Travel Assistant. In this role, you will support our team and clients with travel research, reservation details, and itinerary organization, all from the comfort of home.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research destinations, accommodations, and travel options based on client needs
• Assist with preparing trip information and itinerary details for clients
• Support the booking process by gathering client information and confirming details
• Communicate with suppliers regarding availability, schedules, and travel policies
• Respond to client questions by phone, email, and online messaging platforms
• Maintain accurate client files, reservation records, and travel documentation
• Track upcoming travel dates and send reminders when needed
• Assist with updates or changes to existing reservations
• Follow company procedures and support the team with administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Experience in administration, customer service, hospitality, or travel is a plus but not required
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Careful attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable using computers, web-based systems, and online communication tools
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting with reliable internet access
• Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work
